Shuvowin Terms of Use

To create an account on shuvowin, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may only operate one account — creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential, and you are solely responsible for any unauthorized use. We may request a national ID card or other government-issued documents at any time for identity verification, and certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

All transactions will be processed in Bangladeshi BDT (৳) and we only accept approved payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process, and we reserve the right to withhold payment if identity verification has not been completed. If any fraudulent transaction or suspicious activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the associated funds may be withheld. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled and returned.

Each game on shuvowin has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to understand them thoroughly before starting a game. If a technical error or system malfunction causes an abnormal outcome for any bet, we reserve the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Using bots, automated software, or unfair strategies to play is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if detected. Specific wagering requirements apply to bonuses and promotional offers, and bonuses may be withdrawn if those requirements are not met. Once confirmed, bets placed on live games or Sports Betting cannot be changed or cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited: money laundering, fraud, operating multiple accounts, exploiting system vulnerabilities, and harassing other users. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without notice — particularly if there is suspicion of a policy violation. If an account is closed, valid funds will be returned within 30 business days, though different rules may apply in cases of policy violations. If you wish to close your own account, please notify our support team, and you may also consider the self-exclusion option.

Shuvowin will not be liable for any losses caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third-party service failures. We reserve the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time, and users will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
